Take the snark out of your bark

Kat Blaisdell: There's an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer in which our heroine Buffy drinks some beer that has been cursed. Regardless of that particular portion of the plot, Buffy says some really apropos and hilarious things about beer. For example, she says, "I like beer. Foamy. Comforting. It's beer." Too true Buffy, too true. She also says, "Want beer. Like beer. Beer good." As soon as I heard it-about 5 years ago-I knew I would name a beer blog after that sentence. And here it is.
